Cancellation/Product Return Policy
Due to the financial impact of Covid, we are enforcing our cancellation policy.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the chance to fill that appointment and the clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services.
Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance. Since services are reserved for you personally, the cancellation fee will be applicable, as follows:
- Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- No-Shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
If a product purchased from us does not work for your needs, you may return it for a product credit in our shop.
